We primarily service customers in the US, UK and in Continental Europe and offer careers in a high growth environment across a wide range of Industries, from Travel & Leisure, through Banking & Financial Services to Manufacturing & Retail. We have grown our revenues and our employee numbers by more than 30% annually in the last 5 years. Our new delivery center was launched in Bucharest on the 15th of January, 2008. The new facility in Bucharest expands WNS’ global delivery capability and serves as a nearshore delivery center for global clients with European Operations. With the launch in Romania, WNS has expanded its global delivery footprints to 14 delivery centers. At the outset, the center will deliver finance and accounting (F&A) and customer support services. We are able to provide multi-lingual services in French, German, Italian and Spanish for clients across a range of industries. “Our expansion into Eastern Europe is a key step in enhancing our global footprint and providing comprehensive, integrated solutions to our clients”, said Neeraj Bhargava, CEO of WNS Global Services. Eric Selvadurai, Managing Director-Europe, said: “As a location, Bucharest provides a strong combination of language skills and talent, while still providing a competitive advantage for clients operating in the European Union.” Akos Csernus, Director of Operations- CEE, leads WNS’ Central and Eastern European Operations. Mr. Csernus brings 13 years of consulting and delivery experience, with a proven track record in BPO. He previously set up BPO Operations for GE in Hungary and Romania, as well as having served as Regional Manager for the consulting business unit of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hungary.
